Week before Easter versus Memorial Day week?

Easter is late this year and many schools seem to be taking their spring breaks in March or early April. With that said, I still hear that the week before Easter will be a zoo.

Looking for comments and feedback about crowds and weather during the week before Easter versus the week of Memorial Day (May 27-30).

Most guidebooks will tell you the week before Easter is second only to the week of Christmas for crowds. We did the Easter thing about 4 years ago and let me tell you - it was really really crowded. Others will tell you they do it all the time and "if you know your way around, no problem". Well, we have been to WDW many times and know our way around but it was not a happy time for us. Have not been on Memorial Day weekend but if I had to choose between the two, it would be Memorial Day or just about any time other than Easter week or Christmas week. That being said, it may be entirely different this year. What with the war situation and so many people reluctant to travel (especially fly) the crowds may be down. Just MHO.
