Week and Weekend Before Easter

Does anyone have any ideas on going to WDW before Easter? We can actually come down the (3/31) Weds late or wait til Sunday (4/4). Will the crowds be any better this (4/1 - 4/4) weekend vs the following week(4/5 - 4/9)? Thanks for any input!

I would go on 3/31. The week before Easter and the week after are two of the busiest weeks at WDW. At least by going on 3/31, you may have a few days before the crowds really build.

We'll be there 3/27 - 4/3.

The last few years we have gone the 2 weeks surrounding Easter. The week after Easter seems to always be more crowded than the week before. I would go as many days as you can before Easter. The closer you get to the holiday the busier it will become.

If you go the week before Easter, be prepaired for crummy service outside WDW. The airlines will be over crowded so arrive early or be prepaired to be bumped, so agents will be down right rude. Dont rent from National, they are bad anyway but during Easter they will be impossible. You must must must stay in a Disney resort. Disney seems to be the only ones who kow how to provide excellent service during high traffic, high stress times like Easter.
