Oh, I agree! The kids were just blown away by the Poly when we went there for Ohana. Dh and I have been crunching numbers trying to figure out how to be able to afford it. LOL We have some major expenses coming up in the next few years, so we probably won't be able to afford it for a long, long time.
As far as writing the trip report, I write out what happened either that night or the next morning. Thanks to fibromyalgia I don't sleep well, so I'm up every morning by 4:30. That gives me plenty of time to record our adventures when we're on vacation and everyone else is still snoozing.
