We have booked our vacation for the week after Thanksgiving. Now I have been told that is one of the busiest weeks. Has anyone here been there on this week? Is it that bad? Should we change our week?
Thanks for your help.

becouse it is one of the least crowed times of the year. We will be there from the 29th tell the 9th of dec. Staying at ASMO, the only problum that I see is with all of the cheerleaders, but we'll live.

My family has gone this week and it is far from crowded. This is actually our favorite week to go bc of the low crowds and the Christmas decorations. It is more crowded than September or mid-January but it is still lower crowds. Don't worry about it, keep your dates and I'm sure you will have a great time! HTH

That is by far the best week we have ever been. Low crowds, great weather and all decorated for Xmas. We went in 2003 the Saturday after Thanksgiving and stayed for 6 days during which my sister got married in the Wedding Pavillion. We are already booked for this year 12/2-12/9.

I'm hoping the weather is great this time of year.!! i don't mind it cooling off in the evening but I hope it's warm enough for shorts during the day and swimming. I can't wait! We are at POFQ from Nov 27-Dec 7

We went this past year and although it was busier then it was 3 years before it was still less crowded. Towards the end of the week the girls started to arrive and it was much busier in our hotel POR's restaurant area. The Christmas decorations and events were great. Don't worry.

We were at WDW last yr the Sat after Thanksgiving thru the next Sunday and crowds were pretty light. AK was closing all the FP machines by early afternoon because they weren't needed, when we used FP at spacemountain one afternoon the only people we passed in the standby line were those slower than us, we were walking onto Test Track our 1st Epcot evening and they skipped the holding room with the film and had everyone walk right thru, the Sat after Thanksgiving the whole left section of seating at Fantasmic was empty for the 2nd show. The only place we felt the crowds were MK Main st anytime close to a parade or fireworks, trying to find a spot for Illuminations, and I thought Epcot had alot of people just on the walkways which seemed odd since this is one of the bigger parks where you aren't suposed to feel the crowds as much. This is a great time of year to go for low crowd levels.

Perfect time to go. We were there in 2004 and couldn't have asked for anything better. Almost everything was a walk on, except FantasyLand in the middle of the afternoon but then it was still 15-20 minutes at most. Weather was perfect. We'll be back this Nov. 26th-Dec.7th, cant wait :cool1:
