Week AFTER Easter

I see everything about how busy it is the week before Easter, but how about the week AFTER Easter? We are planning on doing AK on MOn, MGM Tues, MK Wed, Princess Breakfast Thurs morn, then back to MK, also if we get through with AK and MGM early we will go to MK at night.

Take a look at the hours for the week after Easter on Disney's site.

I have read that the week before and the week after Easter are the largest next to Christmas week.

Do you mean the one that begins with Easter Sunday or the one that begins on the Sunday a week later? That latter one is usually very nice. The former one ... well ... if you have not done Easter or Christmas before then you are about to learn that the place can really get about 3 times or more crowded than any other times of year. It is packed to the gills in MK everyday of that week. Animal Kingdom is the same. Epcot is not that bad (because it has so much open space) and MGM has its lighter moments.
