Well this is an interesting game you chaps have here. I stumbled upon it when I heard that AFLAC duck was cutting into my territory. If I may, I would just like to give my answer here. Just change the letters around until you get to the only letters that matter....GEICO.

And the theme is quite simple really. Lower car insurance. That's not a riddle at all.
