I think I got the riddle but all this foreign language is Greek to me.

We had some Puerto Rican neighbors at our old house. They were not good neighbors and I have very bad memories of Cinco de Mayo and Spanish language.

Edited: Ok so the Greek characters didn't translate well. It said: Carol, l5 l0 5 becomes l5 T0 5 = 445 or 15 minutes to 5 = 4:45
