You contact them and then fax over the given sheet, and then they'll contact you back! Its super easy! Thanks to Sam, I got all the info I needed!

What I plan on doing with my WDW trip reports is posting the entire report on the TR boards, and then posting all the wedding plan related parts of the trip on my PJ too!
