They havnt said. I think they are just going to mail it. How awesome the last couple of weeks have been since January. Although this weekend stunk, this was my wakeup call...that there are bigger things to think about... and sparklier...

I am waiting now for President Obama to stop talking to that we can watch heroes. I just, feel like its the same thing over and over and I get very upset. Esp being a cath school teacher and with vin working for the diocese.. I dont want to hear anymore about the stimulus lol

Are both of your parents filipino? DF is filipino, so my daughter is only half. I'm a teacher also, so I know what you mean about not being able to go to certain websites... eerr!!!

My mum is Filipino, but she is also french, Italian,German, and Puertorican.
My dad is Greek, Spanish, Irish, Arabic and something else but I forget. We have al ittle of each culture in us, but as my mom says we are "Americans" now. lol

I cant wait to go to greece. Vinnie has family there... he is Greek, ITalian, English and German so together our children are the united nations

I got to watch heroes so that was good!

I also went to the gym yesterday. An hour on the tredmil and yet today I woke up not feeling it? I am going to push a little harder today and cross my fingers that tomorrow i'll feel it.... The eliptical hurt my knee becauseof the tear so I only did that for a half hour...didn't want to push it....

thats okay! Do you know spanish quite well? Your writing is not bad at all!! I love my dress too, i think it is impressive too!


tehehe!! I cannot speak spanish too well tho! just a little, but i can understand it when i am listening, but again, not very well. I have some family who live in Spain, and i taught myself quite a few years ago, and i gave it up, i think i want to start learning again! I find it impressive when people can speak different languages!

My spanish is poor... .my grandmother speaks "Puertorican" Which is like slang spanish so its hard for me sometimes to get everything.

Knowing two languages is great here in the states so you are a step up for when you live here!!!

I have a workshop today after work. The children are working on their valentines day projects for their parents. I have them write this cute poem :

Each piece of this treat
means something really neat
these pretzels are my hugs to you
hugging you like you alway sdo
The red and green
show growth and love
the yellow and orange
show warmth from above
so this isnt just a valentine treat
its somethign special for
someone so sweet

We use those small pretzels that are like a heart, and then put the m&ms in the holes. Its yummy and the kids really like to make them for their parents.


Tomorrow is my observation. We have a new principal so she wants to see how we teach. Although...she is an old friend who now pretends we never were friends, I am not nervous. I kind of want to dance around the classroom and call her a mean bugger because of how she's pretended i don't exist.

Although I do 90% more than any other teacher in this school, that bothers me....

Wwell anyway, I promise not to complain. I am sitting ehre sorting the M&Ms and getting rather hungry. Not good. I do not need any more wobbily bits

Something wedding related: I think my shower will be coming up soon. My best friends is in April, and yet she isn't getting married till Sept...that's quite a bit early but Im sure this will make my mum worry and do the shower now.... yesterday I caught her buying pink ribbon... what for?

Just found out my MOH's shower has been cancelled. Very odd. We just got the invites yesterday..

Well, I was told it may be the same week that my rehearsal is..which would stink if it was that saturday....esp since that night would be my rehearsal...I guess we will figure it out!

I Just had my observation, The principal said "Can I clone you?"

The kids are recording their podcasts now, this time on polar bears. I guess they enjoyed it!

They keep asking for me to bring in the original snapple cap that vinnie proposed on. I think it's so so cute that they want to do that. I was considering doing a show and tell, something that would have them bring in something that means alot to them, and talk about it. But I am not sure if that would go over well withthe parents. They may say "Isn't that for babies?"

But I think sometimes making class personal is good...

Other than that I am heading to the gym after work. I cant wait. Yesterday I did all stomach exercises and my tummy hurts now. I really just want to be able to walk around my honeymoon in a Bikini and look good you know? Well, not walk around but go to the pool

Speaking of honeymoon, I can not wait to make my ressies!! I am literally countint down the days. 155..... but, that makes like 50 till i can make my ressies and that upsets me. Oh well.

What are you guys bringing on your hm? I always wear dresses so thats what will be in my luggage

So, I've decided that I am going to decorate the door to the HM suite. Probably with a mickey bride and groom and some disney facts. Do you think this is a bad idea? I fear that would cause people tohang outside out room

The registry has had a couple of things purchased already and I am looking forward to that more than anything else. Crazy me... but I cant wait....

I was thinking of also figuring out what else to buy, dresses, etc... and then just keeping them in the luggage since I wont be wearing it till the hm...

Anyone reccomend flipflops? I have two pairs of roxy and a hurley but ive worn them out. I also bought one of those ugly doctor scholls ones but that isn't very pleasant and doesn't look nice with dresses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What do i do? lol

Oh in terms of honeymoon luggage, remember you are still going to disney so you need to be comfy, and in July it is HOT in Orlando so you need to be prepped for the humidity... so for me that would be massive amounts of hair products so my hair doesn't go crazy !
