Wedding website

some of my family and guests are giving me complaints that they cant view some of the things(guest book, photos, itinerary) on our wedding website on facebook. The one that is done by disney weddings. anyone else ever have any problems with it.

My sister said she can view the welcome page, but when she clicks on something to give her email address to view the full website, she just gets taken back to the welcome page.

any ideas?

I had the same problem so I created my own wedding page.

ya its activated. some of our guests have been answering our polls and posting pictures, etc. its just not working for some. theve told me that they have "liked" the app on fb and given their email address. I contacted the help people but they havent responded yet

i'm sorry i don't have an answer, just to let you know all the wedding websites are freakishly buggy! about every 2 months, people will start asking questions/complaining/worrying about why their wedding website isn't working or the registry site they don't show up, etc.... i totally know how worrisome and aggravating this can be having gone through it myself about 6 moths ago!

let your planner/planning assistant know. usually (i think) it is just the website. we were told ours was all straightened out etc... but everyone seems to have similar problems over and over..

hope i am not too big a bummer - just that i'm betting your not doing anything wrong, it's just a bug that will fix itself. and probably reappear like 80 more times. just let them know, complain if it feels necessary, we did. maybe they will get whatever the problem is fixed then!!
