I could also use any information on this. We have the vow renewal booked for our 12/18 cruise. Don't really know what to expect (other than the info on the website). I would love to hear about someone's own experiences.

Haven't done it, but you can read about others on the Weddings Forum. You probably got the scoop that it costs $1000 or so. You get married during the "At Sea" day(s) in one of the lounges (can't remember which one). They have someone play piano, you get flowers, a cake, and the vows are given by the Captain.

They will do your Palo reservation for dinner (included) and I think there are other immenities, but can't remember.

Unfortunately, my hubbie nixed the idea (15 years' anniversary!) ARG! I had to settle for the REAS. He just wasn't up for a formal event (or at least getting really dressed up).

So, good luck to you. The vow renewal on the cruise is WAY cheaper than the ones at DW.

I haven't done the Cruise Line Vow Renewal but I can say that when I had my wedding and vow renewal at WDW it was WONDERFUL in every way so I am sure hat the cruise vow renewal would be just as wonderful and special. Disney does do weddings right!!!!!!

Trying to get both my links at the end of my message, but we're going to the Poly Conceige in April for 2 days (lagoon). Then, BVC for 3 days.

My hubbie loves the Poly and he's getting very excited about the immenities! We like to be near MK for the first part of the trip. Did the regular Poly in Jan. for 2 days too.

I really wish he didn't nix the vow renewal. We have had a rough few years and I would love to reaffirm in my fave place! Oh well, he said maybe for the 20th...

We have not done the vow renewal but we are getting married on the Oct 9 western cruise. The wedding will be on Thurs. at sea and there are 2 locations you can use, the veranda on deck 7 or the lounge. We chose the lounge so as not be bothered by the weather, wind etc. If you have any questions e-mail me and I will be happy to give you all the info I have

If the Vow Renewal is anything like the Wedding we attended on the Magic last year - go for it! FABULOUS!
