Wedding Vow Renewals

My family and I are planning a trip to get back to Disney in 2015 (possibly 2016). My husband and I were thinking it would be an amazing time to renew our wedding vows. Traveling to Disney from Canada is expensive as is, some we're looking for input on how this could be done inexpensively? We plan to stay at the Coronado Springs resort as it's our favorite spot to stay. We're thinking the ceremony would be small, just us, our 3 children and maybe 4 or 5 other people. Can anyone guide us in the first direction to take? We were poor broke college students when we got married and always had plans of having our "dream" wedding. Then came house, children, etc. We'd like to have something beautiful but at the same time not too expensive.

The smallest package Disney offers is the Memories Collection for up to 6 people total, at $2,495.

If you want to include others besides the 5 in your immediate family, you'd need to book an Escape event, starting at $4,925.

There are less expensive options offered by the Swan & Dolphin, B Resort, or even Coronado Springs itself, which offers wedding ceremonies and receptions in Las Ventanas/Rix Lounge, which is managed by an outside vendor.
