There's another song I've heard that would be good, but I'm not sure who sings it. I think the title is "After All" -- there's a line in the chorus that goes "After all is said and done." I know it's a duet.

10 years ago this June. funny thing is we first heard this song a Dollywood when Dolly's brother Randy sang it we looked at each other and said that's it!! I ran all over the area trying to find the cd at the time because our DJ had never heard it either.
Still sends chills down my spine 10 years later, when things start cropping up (as they always do) he'll/ I'll come home to that song playing and it forces us to sit down to talk.

Showing my age here. DH and I had "Couldn't be Better" by the Ozark Mountain Daredevils as our wedding dance song. It's very touching!

I agree with all the choices above. Even though I've been married almost 14 years I always think about our wedding song. It brings back such happy memories and I can still remember that day as if it was yesterday.

We wanted to have "All I Ask of You" from Phantom of the Opera but it was really long and the recorded version had some extra stuff in it that wasn't right for the wedding. Then we found a version by Barbra Streisand that was perfect. It said everything about us as a couple.

We also had a beautiful song by Michael Crawford (do you see a Phantom connection here) called "With Your Hand Upon My Heart". It's a special song for us.

I wanted beautiful songs that meant a lot to us but were a little different from what everybody else had at their weddings.
