So I was wondering if I am able to have my DFTW does it cost extra for a wedding planner.

No, your wedding planner is included. The way it works is that first you talk to a sales manager. He/she works on your initial contract (date, locations, room blocks, etc.) Once your contract is signed, you'll get a wedding planner who willl work with you on menus, cake, entertainment, transportation, etc. You will also have a floral designer (if you use Disney for floral) who works with you on the "look" of your wedding: flowers, linens, place settings.
