Hi! I'm having a dilemma... We finally picked our songs for our ceremony (yay finally!) but I dislike organ music VERY much. Since the organist is included in the site fee for the WP, I don't want that to go to waste so I'm not sure what to do. There are a couple of songs (two to be exact) that I don't mind on the organ, but it definitely wouldn't sound right if we're switching between CD and organ.

Has anyone used the WP but opted not to use the organist at all? Did everything go right or did it sound choppy? Do they fade the songs in and out or just push play?

Any experience or tips on this would be much appreciated. Thanks! :)

I requested non-organ sounds for some! They can do that, I think, because it's electronic. You could ask that it sound more like a piano!

My songs sounded more like a piano, I loved it! I actually remember thinking while walking down the aisle... wow this music sounds great!

Really?? That's wonderful news! I love the piano much better! My dad has played the piano all his life and am quite fond of it. Fantastic! Thanks so much!

I felt the same way as you so my solution was to play music from a C.D. (The Hoilday by Han Zimmer) during the ceremony but had the organist play before the ceremony and after the prosessional.

It worked out perfect and everyone keeps asking where I found such beautiful music!

Sorry to hijack, hope you don't mind, but I have been wondering about this too. We picked out songs for our ceremony and thought the exact songs we picked out would be played. So it is possible to say that you don't want the organ player at all and just have them play the music you provide? We picked All You Need is Love by The Beatles, but the Philharmonic (almost typed Philharmagic :lmao:) version (like in Love Actually :)) for the song after we are married and we really want it to be exactly that version.
