Wedding Officant/JOP.. etc.

Hi All!

We are in the final stages of planning. I need to secure the person who will marry us. (Officant, JOP, rev..) I was hoping you guys would have some recommendations. My planner sent us a list but the first few I checked had ridiculous pricing.

I figured you guys would have some suggestions and information on this type of thing! Our wedding is at the Disney world wedding pavilion.

If you don't want to pay you can have a friend or family member get ordained online via the Universal Life Church (free). But I would make sure that person is a good public speaker or maybe even has previous experience officiating, because it can alter the entire feel of the ceremony.

We don't mind paying we just would rather not pay $400 or $350 which the first few have come in at. It seemed a bit steep. Looking for other options.. So anyone willing to post that info here of who you used and was affordable, it would so greatly appreciated!
