I am getting married @ the pavillion in November, with a champagne reception in GF.

We are wanting to do a meal afterwards for about 20 of us, we were thinking about DTD, so we can go somewhere after this also.

Can anyone suggest anywhere?

I am open to other places too :)

We had ours at the Yachtsman Steakhouse. It was excellent, there was 11 of us and everyone loved their food and the service. They had special menu's for us without prices and our names on them. Everyone could order whatever they wanted and didn't have to worry about the prices.

My sister had her wedding night dinner at Yachtsman Steakhouse also. It was fabulous! They made up personalized menus with selected items listed (without the prices shown), and it said "Lisa and David, 12/3/03". After dinner, she had an Illuminations dessert party in Epcot.

We saw a wedding party at Artist's Point in WL one year.

Yachtsman Steakhouse is very accommodating as long as you can plan arriving around 5:30 and 6pm, so that they can guarantee you get seated together and promptly.
Citrecos and California Grille both have a separate room available for private parties.
Since you are a large group, try to arrive/schedule when the restaurant first opens so that your tables can be prearranged.

We're doing Yachtsman for ours. We've already contacted the manager and he's been VERY helpful. They're doing the special menus for us.

:cheer2: No restaurant input, sorry, but a huge and hearty CONGRATULATIONS! :cheer2:

Wherever you dine, I hope it is wonderful and magical!

If you are planning to still be in your wedding attire, why not stay at the GF? Citricos and Narcoossee's are both excellent although because of seating, I'd probably go with Citricos. Grand Floridian Cafe is a less expensive option and it has a lovely setting. There is a circular area toward the back of the restaurant that might be perfect for a group your size and it has floor to ceiling windows looking out at the grounds. Very pretty.

We did a lot of research when we got married because of the minimum prices Disney required and we thought we were having a smallish group (thought we'd have about 30-35, ended up being 70 and ended up doing a real reception with Disney).

That said, Wolfgang Puck's has a beautiful upstairs dining room you might be able to get just for your group depending on the time of day you want to eat there and Fulton's Crab House has some private dining areas as well. Another option might be Palio at The Swan. Fantastic food and we've only ever had great service there. I bet they'd do a very nice job, too!

For some other Disney options, I'm not sure if you'd want to go into a park, but the Hollywood Brown Derby has a great little private dining room, but I'm not sure how many they could seat in there. We LOVE the food there, and I'm sure they could do the menus for you because they do them for the Imagineer lunches. And California Grill has two private dining areas -- the glassed-in one toward the back of the restaurant may be too small, but there's a larger room with the partial MK view which would definitely work.

Good luck with all the planning!
