Wedding License Expiration

Hi guys

As our wedding gets closer i am thinking about applying for our wedding license. We are from the UK so i plan to apply online using Brevard County.

However, i thought i read somewhere that your wedding date has to be within a certain number of days of your application date? I.e. once you have applied your wedding has to be within 60 days otherwise it expires? Please can someone confirm this?

I am anxious to get it applied for as obviously it is one of the top priorities but if they expire then i will hold on a while yet

That's correct. Once you have your licence you have 60 days to use it or else you will need to re-apply and pay again.
