Wedding Gazebo @ Yacht Club

Ok, I saw a wedding taking place at the WL and the couple was taking pics inside the resort. When you marry at the Gazebo, do they take pics of you in the yacht club lobby? Any comments about the Gazebo as a site?

The gazebo is a beautiful site and needs very little decoration aside from the chair set up...i believe if you do a search on here you can find a picture.

With the photography are you talking about the potrait shots of you and your bridal party/ husband before and after the ceremony? I believe you can choose any resort location for that -the only issue being logistics of your venue.

Dh and I shot a wedding at the YC gazebo and yes we took shots of the bridal party, bride/groom indiv. throughout the YC/BC resort. Just let your photographer know where you would like pictures and it shouldn't be a problem as it's your wedding site.

BTW, the gazebo site is very lovely. I personally think that you do not need to too much in the way of additional floral as the area is quite green and does ahve floral in the garden areas.

I am getting married at the Yacht Club and i agree it is a beautiful site! Im having pictures taken around the Yacht Club resort, in the lobby and on the staircase etc.

We got married there last week and after they took shots outside, we took pictures in a bunch of different spots in the Yacht Club, not just the lobby. It's a beautiful hotel, I would recommend it a million times over!

I recommend it also.
We had our wedding there 1st of March. The gazebo area is very pretty, and the inside of the Yacht club lobby is just stunning!
We had photos taken on the staircase in the Y/C lobby, & outside on the boardwalk area.
It's a fantastic location that I highly recommend.

we were married on march 21st 2006 at the yacht club gazebo & it was simply beautiful & perfect for our wedding day. the gazebo has such charm, its intimate & has plenty of great decor & scenery with the rose garden. we took pictures all over the yacht club in the lobby, on the pier, at the lighthouse, etc. with randy he did such a great job & we have so many great memories of our day.
