Only 15 more days to the wedding......then, 16 days to the Disneymoon!!!

I love the buckets!! And the way you did everything with them-- the slogan abotu the kisses is too cute!!

Where did you get those cute buckets at?

You look like you sure have been busy!! I hope you take the next 2 weeks real slow-- and enjoy that honeymoon every second because you will definitely be deserving it!!

Congratulations on completing the wedding favours! They look fabulous! How many hours did it take you to assemble everything? I wanted to buy all mine (the easy way), but decided to make them too.

I have a bunch of Disney candy moulds to pour chocolate into them. I also bought a small Mickey head hole punch for the tag that gets tied onto the favour bag with the ribbon. Since good chocolate is only considered fresh for a limited number of days, I won't be able to start making them until the week before the reception. I'm hoping that's not a recipe for disaster!

We have the reception guest list from the RSVPs and table settings. It'll be easy to copy & paste that list to print personalized labels for the favours, which will stand in as a table place card.

It took about an hour for 25 buckets.

200 buckets x 1 hour for 25 buckets = 8 hours!! :scared1:

I broke it all up, though...I didn't do them all at once! And I had my MOH help me with the first 50.

I bought the buckets from weddingchannel.com store when they were having a big sale. I think the buckets were $.49 a piece. Right now, i believe they are $.99 a piece.

Thank y'all!!!! :yay:

wow-- you saved a whole lot by getting them on sale.. way to go!:woohoo:

They look great!!

You must be so excited only having 15 days left and then you get to go to Disney!!!

Wow you are much more ambitious then me! I am having a "party" for my bridal party so that we can all work on the favors for my engagement party! I just couldn't stomach doing all that work on my own!

They came out great! You must be sooo excited!

Thank you all SO MUCH!! :)

I'm a VERY excited........but I kinda don't want it to all be over!! I may not be feeling that way in 2 weeks, though!! I'll probably be pulling my hair out saying, "get this thing over with!!"

I'm sure I'll start working on that trip report the day we get back!!!!

Wow, you put a lot of hard work into your favors. Your guests are going to love them. The pictures of you surrounded by the favors are too cute. I went to a wedding in Hershey, PA and of course they had kisses for their favors. I liked the carmel ones so much I ate everyones at my table.

Good luck with the next two weeks. I look forward to hearing how things went.

WOW they Are BEAUTIFUL..... I LOVE THEM... You must be so tired.... I Love how they came out...

Great Idea - your hard work paid off, they look great!

I did something similar for my sister's shower in '95. It was a plastic spoon with two chocolate kisses wrapper with white tulle and purple ribbon(wedding color) saying a spoonful of kisses from the new Mr. & Mrs.

If I do do favors, I was going to do 'Two little fishes from the New Mr.& Mrs.'
I was also going to change 'new' to 'royal to fit the fairytale theme too.

However, I may just scrap favors and do a donation to Cure Autism Now or the Variety Club to Honor my brother

Maybe I could do this in the welcome bag and the denoation at the reception....

Too many decisions
