I am not a Disney bride either but we will have a Mickey/Minnie cake topper at our wedding!!

Here is my wedding dress, the ones with the "champagne" color is the actual dress, but the only picture of the front I have is not me in the dress and I don't want to post someone else's face on here!

Here's a picture of mine from my fitting. You can't see the detail very well, so here's the link to the dress on David's Bridal, but mine is white, and the one in the picture is ivory. Just a note of advice. Every person in the store tried to convince me that the dress would look awful in white and that I should get ivory, but I really wanted a white dress. When I took it for my fitting on Saturday, they were all commenting about how nice the dress looked in white...Told you so!!

We're planning a Disney wedding and I've got a big problem with a dress. I've got a back-piece tattoo which isn't a problem to cover up with a dress or a heavy veil. The problem is the tattoo arm-band I've got. I love them and don't don't regret having the tattoos at all, but the arm-band doesn't look so good with a wedding dress.

All the dresses with sleeveslook a bit frumpy, so it's going to take a lot of thought and planning. Shrugs don't look quite right and anything that goes across my arms keeps moving. I think I'm going to have to find a really good make-up artist to cover it!

I love looking at all the dresses and the ones from Bonny are absolutely amazing.

Hey Beep,
Have you tried the tattoo makeup? They sell it at most bridal salons/stores. I know David's Bridal has it and its pretty cheap. Give it a try...it may help solve your problem.

I've heard Dermablend works really well for covering tattoos. www.dermablend.com

I have a back tattoo that like you I don't regret but didn't want to show. I had 3 inches of material added to the back of my gown but it still peaked out so I got this stuff called Tattoo Cover Up at my bridal boutique and it was like magic! It covered perfectly and did not rub off on my gown or on anyone who hugged me. Of course DH had to scrub my back with a soapy washcloth to get it off but at least it didn't come off on my gown!

Wow this is exactly my dress.
It is beautiful. I had it for my wedding and now it is hanging up in the spare room. The plan was to get it cleaned then put it in a box. But I think it is too beautiful to do that with.

He's a huge fan of red. Purple is my favorite color.... anyways.. I showed my mom and she loved the dress also. I'm just hoping the dress is still around when I get married (or something very similar) and it fits perfectly.

I haven't posted pictures before, but here goes ... Here is a picture of my dress for my VR - which won't be until approximately April 2009 - but I saw this dress and I couldn't resist. Its just exactly what I want - definitely bridal but not too princessy (I think I'm a little long in the tooth to be a princess lol!)

Thank you, I'm glad you love this dress as much as I do! The designer is Alfred Angelo. Believe it or not, I bought it on Ebay, brand new never worn. I've had it altered (only slightly) and it fits perfectly now I'd love to hear how you get on with it!

the veil has a thin red ribbon on the outside, and the tiara has red crystals... I fell in love the minute I saw it.
