We are getting married one week from today and I have a transportation question. We are staying at Coronado Springs but I need to get to Saratoga Springs by 6:45AM on a saturday to get dressed at my parents room.. Do the buses run that early? Or what should I do?

Take a cab.

Even if busses were running that early, you'd still have to connect at a park or DTD. I always see recommendations to allow an hour for that type of transit, and it seems like you would want to avoid that type of stress that early on your wedding day.

Nothing other than take a cab (unless you or someone has a car). And you might want to make sure you are downstairs early to ask them to get you the cab, or call for it yourself, since it's so early in the morning - there may not be any/many cabs waiting like there are at other times of the day.

i would either rent a car company (town car) or get a cab...wouldnt want to stress about a Disney bus on my wedding day- urghh no thanks@!
I would make sure to plan it early too( speak with guest services and plan.)

First off Congratulations on your wedding and what a great location to start your "happily ever after magic"!:bride:

Busses do not run from resort to resort but even if you needed to get there later than 6:45, you would have to take a bus from Coronado Springs to DTD and take a bus or launch over or walk to SS from DTD. That would mean taking the bus at 6:00-6:15 which is too early. I would call the night before and get a cab waiting for you to take you over to SS unless, as pp, someone in your party has a car. Why start your day stressng???!!!!

Have a great day.:wizard:

Take a cab....so much easier. Buses start running to the parks at 6:30, but not to DTD. There is no way you are going to get to SSR for 6:45 using Disney transportation.
So, get a cab and then relax. You certainly don't want any addtl stress that day!!! Hope it's a most wonderful day for you....congratulations on a wedding in WDW!!!

Great! Thats what I will do then!
Now..do I just go down to the front desk of the resort and ask them to call a taxi for me? If I need to be in the room at saratoga springs at 6:45 what time should I ask for the taxi to be there? Also, how much do we think that will cost?

I have never been in a taxi before :confused3

I would just stop by the valet desk or the resort concierge the day before and tell them where you are going, when you HAVE to be there by, and ask how they can help you get there on time by cab! Make sure you mention it's your wedding day! They should be able to tell you what time you need to leave and whether you should call down to the valet in the morning, or if they can make arrangements the day before, etc.

It should be <$20.
