So we're getting married at 10 am at SBP (Escape). I know the time frame of the wedding and cake ceremony. We just want to plan some other things for that day, and I want to know if we'll have time.

We're doing the MK/Epcot shoot. (hasn't been scheduled yet, LOA is in progress) I was wondering if we would have time to do that on the same day as the wedding?!?! :confused3 Is there enough time for hair/make-up before shoot, then shoot at both parks.. and then enough time to get back to the BWV (where we're staying) for the ceremony?? I really don't want to pay for hair/make-up twice. (doing it myself is def. not an option :rotfl: )

After all of that, we want to have dinner at Chef Mickey's at 5 pm. Not a private dinner, or really a dinner reception. We're paying for everything ourselves, so we are making our guests aware of where we'll be eating, but we're not paying. I know we'll probably get flak for that, but I really don't care. ;) We've been together 10 yrs, and want everything WE want.. so that's what we're getting. Of course, we still want to be in wedding attire when we eat here. (for the character pics)

Then the DF and I want to do the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party at around 9?? Will we have time to change after dinner?? Can we wear wedding attire here?? (probably not b/c it's in park?!?!)

I need help!!! :scared1: :rotfl2:

TIA!!!!

Hmmm..I don't think I can help with too much other than you definitely cannot wear your wedding attire into the park for the Tomorrowland Terrace. You'd be asked to leave.

All of the MK shoots are now at 7:30 I believe. We had our last week. We got picked up at 7:30, and by the time we drove there, finished our shoot and drove back, it was 9:30. They take a little longer now I think because people are in the park for breakfast and they need to coordinate around people to give you those magical shots without 20 people in them. So I'll go with no, you don't have enough time on wedding day to do two park shoots. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong!

Pfft, and for Chef Mickey's, go and have fun! Don't worry about flak here. Everyone has their own opinions! Our guests used their free dining credits. We originally had The Attic scheduled for lunch but when free dining came in it didn't make sense to pay for a dinner when everyone could get food for free, kwim? We had a good time!

Thanks for the reply!!

I didn't think we could do the dessert. Just thought it was worth asking.. and in case we didn't have time to change after dinner. But now we think we're just going to do the dessert party on a different night.

And I agree with you on the park shoots. With the time it took yall, I don't think we'd make it back for our own wedding. :lmao: I guess I'll just have to pay for hair/make-up twice.

I think the mk shoot times may differ when the parks open earlier. Like when the park opens at 8am, your not going to be starting your pics at 7:30... i least I hope you wouldn't.

Well I don't know if it makes a difference, but we're getting married Sept 15. Does anyone know what time they start doing park shoot pics around then? If need be, I'll just be paying for hair/make-up again. Oh well.

We are getting married Oct. 24th and we had to move to a 7:30 time slot.

So we've made a HUGE decision, IMO. We're cutting the MK/Epcot pics for now. We've decided we'll come back sometime throughout the year and have them done. It will be like another honeymoon. Maybe then we won't have the late time scheduled? :confused3 Who knows?!?! That's a lot of money we can put to other things, like spending money for honeymoon. Plus it's another excuse to wear the dress on down the line without looking like a lunatic!! :lmao:
