Wedding Coordinator Karen

We just got our packet and Karen Quinlan-Serrette is our wedding coordinator. Has anyone had any experience with her?

I had Karen on my wedding day, she was filling in for Lynn McKitrick who had to go out of town. Karen was wonderful and kept the wedding going as planned. I was disappointed that Lynn wasn't there since I spent 5 months working with her.
