Wedding Colors

Hey Everyone!

I have been looking at wedding colors and trying to get ideas.

What were/are your wedding colors? And what season did you/are you getting married?

we are getting married in April and our colors are clover green and watermelon pink! the girls are wearing the green, with pink rose flowers. Boys are wearing grey tuxes with the green underneath and a pink rose!

Hello!

Mine is going to be a fall wedding in November. My two main colors are black and teal, and with hints of white and gray.

3 shades of purple (an eggplant, a medium purple, and a lavender), light green, and silver/grey. We're getting married in November...although these clearly aren't fall colors lol (at least I don't think they are..)

Our colors are midnight/navy blue with gold accents (think Beauty and the Beast colors). Originally we were going to do ice blue and silver but changed our minds. The wedding is in the summer.

We had turquoise and orange, with a super-secret stealth third color of hot pink. If I were doing it today, I'd probably do turquoise and purple, with orange as the accent color.

I used all brights - Teal with accents of hot pink, orange, and yellow. We loved it - there are tonnes of pics in my PJ but here is just a couple of examples:

The teal in the cake was much brighter than this in person - for some reason this pic is a bit dull...

We were married in the summer and our colors were black, white and bright yellow!

We are the end of summer or early fall, depending on how you look at it (early September, technically still summer!). Our colors are royal blue and silver, and I'm debating throwing a another shade of blue, a lighter blue, into the mix as well.

Thanks everyone! I'm thinking of doing maybe a tangerine orange and a kelly green (I know bright ) with hints of a chocolate or mocha brown. But I was debating because these are more of a fall toned colors but we are thinking of maybe doing a spring wedding, although the original thought was August.

Colors don't have to go with the season, right?

My DH wanted purple, but then I chose choc. brown, but in the end the dresses were aqua. We were married on Jan. 4/11. I didn't even think of the time of year. I just picked. It's what you like. Enjoy!

I say pick colors that you like and don't worry about them matching the season! We are a summer wedding and our colors are lapis (really dark purple) and lilac with some pink. They are not summer colors, but they are pretty and we love them (DF actually picked colors because purple is both of our favorite color).

We're getting married at the end of March (so close! ) and our colors are Orange and Sapphire Blue (we're both Florida Gators!) with Silver accents.

Like others have said, don't worry about the season...just pick your favorite colors!

We are having vivid orange, turquoise and lime green and we are getting married in october - no fall colours here!
