What's the deal with the minimum guest count for wedding cakes? For example, do you actually have to have 50 guests to get a 2 tier mad hatter...or can you just pay for the min. 50 and have leftover cake? Can you send leftovers home with guests?

Thanks.

Vanessa

My cake was for a guest count more than twice the number I had. It just wasn't able to be built smaller. I think most people actually got two pieces at dinner. We also took the top tier with us. I don't think they'll package it up individually for all the guests, but they will do that section for you.

You can order the cake as big as you want as long as you're willing to pay for it. Lol. I doubt Disney will ever turn down $$$

Okay! whew! That was what I originally thought...then I was sent a spreadsheet with cake pricing and guest count minimums!!

Thanks girls!

I only have 40 guests, maybe less, and we were going to have a 3 tier cake ha! We have since downsized.

That worksheet is so confusing. I read it forever trying to figure out what my cake would cost.

We had about 50 guests, but got a 3 tier cake. I liked the look of the 3 tiered mad hatter more than the 2 tiered. We served each guest 2 slices of cake, so they had one of each flavor. We still had the whole top layer left over.
