Wedding Cake Question

Hello all, from the frozen Midwest! Does anyone know the prices associated with some of Disney's basic wedding cakes? I'm specifically referring to the ones on Carrie's website - the Escape Cakes. There are three I'm interested in: Mickey's Delight; Elegant Scrolls; and Lady Catherine. Also, since I'm having a Memories wedding (this package does not include a cake), can I order one of these Escape cakes to be delivered to the Grand Floridian? Or do I have to have an Escape wedding to order one of them? Thanks very much!

Disney doesn't price out the cakes in the Escape Collection because it's all rolled into the package, but they usually give you about a $200 credit if you want to upgrade them. I'd say that's a pretty good estimate of how much the Grand Floridian would charge for one.

I have complete details on how to order a cake HERE, but basically to get one delivered to the GF, you need to call GF Private Dining at 407-824-1951. Usually they will let you send in an inspiration photo. The pastry chefs are all familiar with the basic Escape cake styles, so you may be able to simply order one by name. However, you don't actually get to speak with the pastry chefs and, in the past, the contact who takes the orders has not seemed to be very familiar with the DFTW cakes. So she may not know what you're talking about if you just say "I'd like a Lady Catherine, please!" I'm pretty sure she knows what a Mickey's Delight is, though...
