Wedding Cake Ideas

I'm meeting with some bakers this weekend to come up with a wedding cake for our wedding in May. We're not having the wedding at Disney, but a "themed" cake is not totally out of the question (we'd just want it understated).

Does anyone have any ideas/pictures/thoughts about cake ideas? I'm pretty much open to anything from the traditional to the totally untraditional.

Our Wedding cake was a traditional cake with red and burgundy roses but we had the Mickey head stamped on it.
It was BEAUTIFUL.
