Website that searches for dining reservations?

Hi I remember there used to be a free website that searches for dining reservations and notifies you if something you want becomes available??
I can only find one that charges.
Does anyone know of a website?

Some sites have reported that they no longer work due to changes Disney recently made to the dining reservation system (Touring Plans was one). May have found away around it by now!
