Website showing "working on it" when searching cruises

I noticed most people on here aren't having any issues with the website and booking online for opening days. Is it showing me the "working on it" because I'm not platinum? I want to book tomorrow when Gold opens and I'm wondering if this is a me issue or this is normal? When I go to the website without logging in I can search cruises, but once I log in I get that error.

I cannot see any 2020 cruises past the first week or so without logging in as platinum. I do not think the system will show you the new releases until tomorrow morning.

The just released cruises will not show up for you until tomorrow when you can log in as Gold CC. I logged in about 7:40am EDT this morning with no issues and it showed immediately that I was platinum and could book. Yay! Had to call to book OBB placeholder.

Since that time when trying to access to look at other room possibilities I HAVE had issues with both my Safari and a Firefox browser. The Firefox browser would show the sailing as "not being available for my party size", when it's just 2 adults! Weird..... and several times when I tried to access my new rez, the website would just take me back to the home screen, etc., etc. I just talked to DCL and they said they are having no issues on THEIR side, but my rez was "locked up" and the agent had to get someone in IT to "unlock" it before she could access my rez. So SOMETHING is going on..... Good luck!!!

IE has definitely worked better today than Chrome, for me.

I was just concerned because I can't see any cruises, new or the ones that have been online for months.


If I have issues with the website and have to call will they talk to me since it's my Fiance that is the gold one? He'll be in the cabin though, he just won't be able to book during the day when I can.

I went to an incognito browser window and it let me see everything I was getting errors on before so I'll do that tomorrow. I'm excited

what time does the window open for cruise activities? Is it 7am Eastern like for WDW FP+ or Midnight or..?

I get the 7 Dwarfs working on pages all the time in Chrome. I'm tired of those little....pests. I know if I go through and delete cookies and temp internet files it will probably work. Instead I switch to Internet Explorer. That's still working for me.
