Website problems again?

I haven't been able to access the member website today or yesterday. Is there a problem again?

Well, I sure hope so because I cannot get in either. I keep getting a "Sorry, we are not able to save your information at this time." message....what does THAT mean???

Have you tried the trick to get to the Vacation Details? Bring up the "My Vacation Points" page. Once it loads, over on the left click on Annual Dues. Let that page load then go back to the My Vacation Points page (either by clicking on a link or using your browser's back button). Now click on the View Vacation Details link and the page should come up.

Thank you....that worked!! I tried doing something that Doc posted on another thread, but it did not work for me (I must've been doing something wrong). When I tried your method it worked!! Of course, I'll have to refer to this thread everytime I want to do that because there is no way I'll remember how to do it!! (Now, if I could only get the search feature on this board to work, I could have this thread at my disposal)...LOL!!!

There is really only one thing you need to remember -- you have to bring up the Annual Dues page before you try to access the Vacation Details page. You only have to do that once per session. Once you have visited the Annual Dues page, you can access the Vacation Details page as often as you like during that session.
