Website Problem

The CM told me I am NOT able to check my waitlist status on-line....

You cannot check the waitlist status online directly. But "Vacation details" will show your current booked dates/rooms/resorts. If your waitlist has come through, the new day will show up as booked under "Vacation details."
If your waitlisted day(s) will change the number of points you have available, then you can check on whether your waitlist has come through by noting whether your point totals have changed. (You should be able to do this even now.) This method may not help if you have multiple waitlists or if your waitlisted day(s) will replace currently booked days and will not require more or fewer points.
Another method is to check the point activity link. If you have lots of contracts and lots of reservations, this information will be complicated to read.
 
Jean, what information do you need that you can't get from the activity statement? All the vacation details are on that page, much as they are on the vacation details page.

Not if the points are transfered in. I rented AKV points from another member and cannot check my reservation.

It still isn't working this morning. I finally sent an email through the "contact us" link on the site to ask MS if the site will ever be working correctly again since it's been several weeks now since either vacation points or the annual dues section was available online.

Maybe if we all sent emails they'd finally realize it really is broke?
 
I'm up for it, I'll email today when I get a chance to log on. It can't hurt!
 

It's been over a week for me. I just tried again and it STILL won't show vacation details. It brings up an "Ooops!" error message. I just emailed Member Services about it.

Please assure me that my vacation in 15 days isn't messed up! LOL I will have to call MS.

In general, it seems that about 50% of the time, the member website is working. What is going on with them?
 
I will send one as well. If I find the time to call, I usually wait on hold 5 or so minutes. It's all very frustrating. They must not have a very good IT department.
