Website Problem

I am unable to access my planned vacations. All other info is available to me. Is any one else having this trouble. Member services knows of no problem. Barb

We are having the same problem. We can see the reservation points have been deducted, but the reservation page is unavailable.

Gee, I wonder if they are fixing the 'null' resort and 'reservation points' problems with AKV. Any betters?

You can click on "View Activity Statement" (I just tried and it is working) which is right next to the "View Vacation Details" (which is not working for me either). The Activity Statement is like a "log" of transactions as MS inputs them into the computer. If your waitlist comes through, it will show up here also. In August, we were waitlisted for an AKV 1BR SV villa, we were able to tell that MS automatically put the waitlist through 2 days after our original call by looking at this feature.

Does it actually say "waitlist"? I just looked at my activity statement, and I am supposed to be on a waitlist, but it says nothing about this!

I e-mailed MS and they said thank you for notifying them of the problem and the will notify the technical support for the website.

I sure wish the Activity Statement showed reservations booked on Incentive Points!

I'm waiting on evidence of a "rebooking" ... and it is getting (just a bit) painful.
