Website not findig my reservation

I am on MyDisneyvacation.com
and when I put in my moms confirmation and check in information for our trip it can not find either one. I am putting in the confirmation from RCI which is listed the same as the Reservation number.. is there another number that I should be using?? If not, who can I contact to fix the problem?? I was planning on doing my ADRs online so I really wanna get this fixed before my 180 comes up/ we are going July 23-30

No DVC reservations show up on My disney vacation. For dining you need to go to the dining reservation page, select a restaurant and then link your room reservation to your dining requests. I do not have any idea if that will work for an RCI confirmation though to get you the +10 but you can try it ahead of time and see if it recognizes your reservation.

I am sorry if this sounds like a dumb question..but how do you link the DR to the reservations if it won't come up?

As long as you have a Disney reservation # (vs. some kind of RCI #) it will work on the dining site, even if it doesn't work in the regular resort reservation area on the Disney site.

The RCI confirmation number is different from the Disney confirmation number. I had to call (sorry, I don't know what number) DVC and spoke with an RCI specialist who was able to give me a 12 digit disney confirmation number. Hope this helps. Thanks to this thread, I was able to do online check in for our trip starting Sunday.

With II you got the DVC reservation on the confirmation but not with RCI. Call DVC and ask for the DVC reservation #, that and the last name of the RCI member on the reservation should square you away.
