It just beggars belief that such a large company has not been able to maintain a website which can function to satisfactory levels. In this day and age!
I just cannot believe that they have not received anything less than a vast volume of complaints in this regard!

OMG it is still going on I had a free day of no rining today as eating off site but got two to do tomorrow .... doing it in work as well ... most remember that so do not start shouting at the computer when it all goes wrong again

It was one of those days There I was watching the clock for 11am, when the IT guy came over to sort my computer out ... the minutes were ticking ... I managed to contain myself so did not tell him to buzz off - finally he went - got on about ten past eleven and booked:-

Chef Mickey for breakfast
Crystal Palace for dinner

Email received when got home confirming the booking and the reference numbers

Can I ask ... crystal palace ... can you see the fireworks from this restaurant ? If so was wondering whether should have booked for later in the evening?

You MIGHT if you were sitting right up against a window on the side facing the castle. But really, I don't think you will see much, if anything at all. If you have made your ressie to allow you to get out and watch them, you are better off with what you have. Disney have been quite clever - they know which restaurants afford a view - and they seem to upgrade the status of those and charge accordingly!

Do you get your reservation nos when you book, or do they email them through to you? I haven't seen a place where they ask for email details - or does that only show up once your window opens?

When you have chosen your restaurants (up to 10 each time maximum) you go to check out - you have to fill out your name, email, and something else which forgotten - once it has been processed through and booked you can print off details and also when I got home there was an email waiting for me. It also gives you a drop down button if you have something to celebrate.

Does it show your ADR nos when you have gone through check out? I will need to write them down as my printer is not working and I will be doing mine from home (bank holiday).

Oh no! I was hoping not to have to phone with DD around, but guess what? I want to book preferred fireworks viewings and HAVE TO do those over the phone! Maybe my dad will take her out on her bike and I can phone a little later if necessary. I am sure it won't matter if it is a bit later as I am pretty flexible on dates. Also, we are on QSDP so only booking 5 or so TS OOP. It means I am quite flexible, within reason, re. dates - a little less so re. times because there are times of the day I don't want to feel FULL!

Hadn't thought of preferred firework viewing - what is the number? And where can we get it, MK and Epcot? More planning!
