Website issues


I have been struggling for weeks with this and just tried your suggestion. It worked as soon as I hit the back button! Thanks so much for this tip!
Ya its super strange.

Dev team has a case in their hands now to investigate as well. Hopefully it gets fixed instead of needing to do work arounds but at least we have one that can hopefully keep working.
 
I also used the back button and it worked! They still need to figure this out though. Sheesh
 
So annoying (esp when you carve out time to be online right at 8am). IT stuff like this just isn't that hard to get right anymore.
 
when the booking tool comes back online, it will be hammered by users - hopefully it can cope with the extra load.

Wonder if they made any changes again.
 
Maybe i'm looking at it a bit differently, if a core functionality is not working, then its more or less "System down"

Just like a bank, if the create/edit money transfer is not working, how useful is the bank app then?
I was trying to convey that other parts of the site are working if you need information for something like Moonlight Magic, etc. I realize that it’s not functional for what it’s intended to do for reservations (which I am also trying to do😖).
 
Same here....thanks for all your reports! I'd never had a 'bad request' before so blamed it on me and my computer and my endless junk reading.
 
since we have been down for this long, it makes me wonder if Disney IT does not get into the office before 9am.

Also are there any Disney IT in india or did they move them all back to the U.S?
 
I dunno. If the site was down on opening day for booking member cruises or opening day sales for a resort (therefore generating $$), alerts would def be going out. For regular booking issues? I bet it's not considered an emergency. I'm sure they're satisfied as long as the website is back up before MS opens so they don't get slammed with calls.
