I’m not seeing or hearing about an AWS issue right now?

My guess is that it isn't supposed to be going to that screen. Somebody probably goofed and scheduled it incorrectly. Like I said, when my wife got in everything was acting normally.

Hmm could it be that she used a regular browser (not private) and therefore something was cached from yesterday etc and then seemed to be working.

I am able to log in and search on the desktop version of the website but continue to get the “Olaf/password protected areas unavailable” message on the mobile site.

Could very well be. She got Olaf the first time, hit refresh and the login screen popped up. After searching and trying to go in again she got Olaf again.

Fortunately for me all I wanted to do was check my dashboard.

Edit: yeah I've tried several browsers and no go.
