Is anyone else having problems with the dvc website? Almost everything I’ve tried to do the past two days is constant dwarves. It’s really starting to bug me.

Yes. Seems like booking has been down since yesterday Someone said on the thread for third on the Resort noradrenaline that chat was working and they could help.

Last night booking tool was down for online but char was able to help but today it’s working for me like normal.

I’m trying to modify a reservation and every time I click modify I get Rex. Ahhhhhhh

I wonder if getting the Dwarves, Rex, or Stitch indicates the level of severity of the problem?!

Rex is usually because there is an isssue with your account. I’d contact MS to ask…mistakes for monthly dues payments or loans do happen..

@TinkB278, FWIW, if you haven't already cleared cache & cookies or tried incognito, I'd do that before calling MS. (I hate having to call).

I was having issues with availability showing. But it let me book my home resort for 11 months.

If it is Rex that you are getting you'll need to contact MS (who will transfer you to member accounting) as @Sandisw recommended.

Dwarves = website error. Rex = account error. I don't recall seeing Stitch on the DVC site, but on the WDW site it means the page doesn't exist (or the server temporarily can't load the page).

Thank you for translating the meaning of the various errors . So when I get Stitch that’s Disney’s version of a 404 error?

Yep 404 = Stitch.
