Website issue?

Is anyone else unable to get into their reservation today?
Trying to add ground transportation and it keeps saying: "working on it".

I can't access anything on the cruise part of the site, haven't been able to for a few days.

I had the same problem. I resolved it by switching browsers. Clearing cookies and history might work too.

Add ground transportation, as in the DCL bus transfers? Unless it's changed, you can only add those online at the time you make the original reservation. To add them later you have to call DCL.

At least that's the way it's worked for us.

They changed that. Transfers can be added on, I added it after checkin.

I kept getting a white screen when trying to get to my ressie today.

It gives me the option to add it under the "View price summary", but it just says working on it.
Now that we have our Disney hotel booked, I have the info they want, guess I will have to call.

I was able to finally pull it up on the website.
The only ground transport you can add online is from airport to cruise ship, you need to call for the hotel to port route.
