Website issue

anyone else trying to book this morning? I got all my info in on the booking page, and it goes back to the home screen. Today is my 7 month and I can't call because of hold times. Is this a common issue?

Yep. I went on at 8am to book my Aulani trip. Had to borrow some points to make the reservation happen. Got all the way to the point where you click that you've read the terms of service before confirming, took the time to glance over the terms of service & the site erred out. Go back to try again & got account point errors (this account doesn't have the points to make that reservation.) Log out, log back in, try again & the borrowed points are MIA. They're gone from my 2019 UY but nowhere to be found. Uh oh... MS opens at 9. Ok, be patient, I can wait. Log out, back in again, try one more time - the borrowed points have reappeared, so I try again, successfully. Get all the way to the confirmation number & decide I should snap a picture of it just in case. The site erred out again before I could do it. Went to 'My Vacations' and the reservation was there. And yes, I did take the survey that was offered.
