With all these issues and problems the website is having, could reservations be getting accidentally dropped?? Everytime I try and log on to try and view my resort reservation I just get "resrevation cannot be located" (like most everyone else) but being that I've been planning for so long, I'm nervous now seeing some people haivng no problems or had problems viewing their reservations before but now don't and I still do.

I don't want to spread my paranoia to my travel agent and keep calling her though....so thought I would ask here if there's anything for me to even worry about it or I'm just worried for nothing.

No. The reservations are stored separately. The website issues won't cancel someone's reservation.

I've been having issues with it since it rolled out, but called and they looked it up no problem and paid a big chunk on it. The confirmation email came through as always and was accurate.

You can always call if you're nervous. If you get the okay from your agent it might put your mind at ease.

I am having the same exact issue. I called last night because I am not comfortable with the error message I am getting (same thing). The CM was able to pull up my reservation. He said to give it a few more days for the kinks to be worked out and told me that if I still can't pull up my reservation then, to give them a call back. I booked my trip in August and am leaving beginning of February. I tried again in the past hour or two and am getting the same error message. I checked their system specs and I have the most recent versions of IE and Firefox and neither browser is making a difference. I would if it is reservations made at a certain time?

Is it still taking forever to get through? Yesterday I was on hold for 58 minutes before someone picked up. :confused3
There has to be a better way...

Yesterday a promotion was released. Phones are always busy when that happens.

Just avoid calling at times when people at work are calling (before work/lunch/immediately after) and you should be fine on a normal day when there isn't something special going on.

Phones are open until 10:00p EST and I believe they are staying open through 11:00pm EST at the moment to see if it's something they should change to.

I can't even log in to the website now and I've had the same username and password for years.

And the past few days the only way I could get in to the website was by googling "disneyworld special offers" -- anything less specific and it couldn't find the website.

hate this...

It may not do any good but I emailed Disney my thoughts about the whole mess.

Has anyone been able to get the website to work properly?

After I manually "linked" our dining reservations to the new system, they appear correctly. However, it cannot find our S/P/D reservation when I enter the information. We made the reservation directly on the WDW site in October.

I have a feeling that we will see some IT job openings in Florida soon.

My ressie shows up, but only 3 of my dining ressies. Still can't do online check in.

For online check-in, I complained and was directed to -- www.mydisneyreservation.com and that worked for my online check in at least.

And yeah, I'd say there are going to be some IT openings in Florida soon if anyone has experience and wants to move to central FL. LOL
