Website Glitch, Can't Book Jambo at 11 months

So there seems to be a glitch on the website with AKL contracts, Jambo can book Kidani and Vice versa at 11 months.

I’m confused by the title of your pist vs. the post itself. Are you an AKL owner unable to book at 11 months? Owners at both AKL Kidani and Jambo can book either at 11 months irrespective of which is their home. They are both part of the same condo association.

I read that there is a website issue, where Kidani can’t book Jambo at 11 months online, people are having to call in. That means some people miss that early extra hour to get the elusive club level rooms at Jambo,

Interesting and that really shouldn’t be. Is that recent?

I just came here looking to see if anyone was having issues on the site this am. Was looking at the dates I was looking to book then decided to look for any date and it just says "No Resorts Available" no matter what day I put in.

It’s been since sometime last week, whenever it was things started going wonky with the dashboard not showing everything. I chatted when it first happened and they said they’re aware and are working on it. It’s been way too long. Super frustrating and unfair to people with kidani as home points. We are literally being blocked from booking certain rooms at 11 months. Completely unacceptable.

On with MS can't book anything, only my 3 resorts I own at. IT dept. is looking into it

I got that early this morning too.

What I found was if I de-selected my BWV contract then I could search. If I wanted to search for BWV I had to select a room type too but NOT a 3br as the 3br would give the same error.

ATTENTION everyone, If you are getting "no resorts available" like I was, try this.
I put in the room category and selected all DVC resorts and the "on resorts available" came up.

Then I went back and did the same thing with all resorts EXCEPT I unchecked my home resort BWV and all the available resorts came up to book.
Not sure if the issue is only a my home resort BWV or all .

I wonder if they are just now starting to take inventory out from Jambo so that it’s not bookable while there are being refurbished.

It's not that no inventory is there. It shows as if I don't have booking priority. Same as if I tried to book a resort I don't own at.

I still have the issue, I can only book Kidani with my AKV kidani ownership - unable to book Jambo

at least now, you can search for a 3br at BWV and also include the 3br in your search with other resorts.
