website for maps and height restrictions?

I went under the universal studios website and am looking high and low for a park map and the height restrictions for the rides. I do remember seeing one last year but we never made it to universal. Can anyone help ? Thanks !!!

thanks for all the great info. I have one more ?- Can you suggest good places to eat lunch and dinner? This will be the first time we are going. We have 2 children ages 5 and 7. What do you recommend? Thanks Again!!!
