Rather than just get recommendations for web sites, I would try to get recommendations for specific agents. It's hard to beat someone "on the ground" with good local knowledge.

www.orlando-guide.info/forums/ might be able to help you with houses in the disney area. Many owners advertize there or maybe able to help you.

Our family bought a home in WH two years ago. We used the wife of a friend, who is a realtor down there. She was super! Went way beyond what most realtors would do in assisting us with everything. She helped with everything, even getting set up.
