Website down???

And I was reading in a dining thread that no one could book Hoop Dee Do Revue for the 615pm show, even on the first day their reservations came out. They called and the cast member had no idea what was going on. Wonder if there was something stirring even a few days ago?? Like getting ready for a big crash??
 
Me too. I just got off the phone with password reset and I was told the site is going through "enhancements". She wasn't sure how long, she said maybe 30 min to 1 hour. I should have checked here first, would have saved myself 15 minutes on hold.
That is what they told me Saturday when I couldnt book the Magic Express, it was getting enhancements!
 
Last Friday I was paying a $500 gift card toward our vacation when the site errored out and was down for around 30 minutes. I was pretty stressed at that time!
 

Down for me. And here I was going to be all impressive with my sister-in-law and show her a screenshot of our FastPass+ plans. #ThanksShanghai :sad:
 
I had a really hard time trying to book my next trip! It kept telling me there were no rooms available. I finally called and they said there were plenty. Cant be a good thing!!
Its up but not really working. Havent tried my phone yet
 
It was down completely for a while for me, and then looks like it's up, but tells me username or password don't match when I know they're right. I'll try again tomorrow and assume they know the issue and will fix it!
 
down for me. Wish I would have saw this thread earlier. I did 2 password resets before I gave up....
 
Off and on all week I've been getting no or partial itinerary, half my dining plans can't be canceled or tweaked, half the time I can't see my reservations or fast passes, now it's telling me my username/password (that I've been using for years) is wrong. I leave for Disney tomorrow, and I have a couple of reservations I want to drop. I hope it's not like this the whole 10 days we're on our vacation.
 
I thought I was the only one. I'm here at WDW and went to cancel an ADR and it keeps telling me invalid log in. I tried to sign into my DVC account and same thing :( I guess I better call first thing in the morning to cancel so I don't get charged
 
Same issue here.
I'm on hold for a tech.
They said I'm 20 minutes down the line to talk to someone.
If I learn anything I'll post here.
Although having worked in Tech Support for a for a few years I pretty much know what I'll be told.
AND as I type this I get through.
A nice lady, who sounded like she was from an off shore site, told me that they were experiencing great difficulties and that their "experts" were working very hard to solve the problem.
No "stuff"..........
She suggested that I try again tomorrow. >:(
 
Same here.

WDW, DL and DVC are all behaving the same. DVC username/password are different than WDW so I knew that it wasn't a password issue. Glad I checked here before sitting on hold.
 
I know..........:idea:
Lets fire all of the IT support people and bring in tech support personnel from other countries so we can pay them less and make more money....
Oh wait....
We just did that a couple of months ago and now "stuff" is messed up.

Nuts, I went through a couple of password resets before I realized it was probably an issue at their end. Now I've no idea whether the resets even went through. :badpc:
 
Well, my access problems started on Thursday. I couldn't customize magic bands- tried Friday, (then called) Saturday (then called) Sunday (then called)….. at last today I could get it customized but only by phone. Then I couldn't access magic express, but at least I could take care of that by phone as well. When I went onto the site tonight to double check the customize bands and linked tickets, I received the password error. I was able to change the password (in case of hacking) but still received the same error.

PS. I had password errors with both DVC and main Disney site.
 
Glad I found this. I was having a slight panic attack! I have way too many valuable reservations and fast passes and the thought of losing them over technical issues is terrifying LOL. It seems all the Disney sites are having an issue, even the Disney Infinity app! I knew I would find the answer here :)
 
The only thing that worries me is the whole username and password don't match business. It makes me wonder what would happen should the accounts somehow get erased? In any event, we are supposed to check-in tomorrow, so I will hope it is fixed by then.
 
I was having a crummy experience using the app on my phone yesterday and today at the parks. It was super frustrating trying to look at wait times and to change fast passes. I'm hoping that it is related this update and NOT that it's just a crappy wifi signal at the parks. I'm still down online too...
