website cannot confirm resort conf #

Is anybody else having this problem? I cannot book dining online and the dining reservation agent had no clue why and sent me to the help desk to *walk me thru using their website* i know how to use a web site.

the help desk girl said it hasnt been working for a few weeks and they don't know why. And I cant do it on the phone right now I'm at work and hold time is 10+ minutes

Yes, same here. I had to call to book all of our ADR's today.

Very frustrating, but got what I wanted when I called.

Yes, an ongoing problem. I had the same problem 5 months ago when I did mine. After 15+ trips, I know how to do this... yet had to call to book mine too. Got up early, and couldn't get it to work, then I finally made the first one, but it wouldn't let me to the +10. Had to call, it sucks, because it seems so loooong for the CM to book each one on the phone. I feel like it took an hour, but we got what we wanted, and little did I know, that the same ADR's were still available months later because of the new CC policy. So no more getting up at 6am for me.

It's been happening to a lot of people, I included. I got up at the crack of dawn on Sunday morning just to get online and make my ADRs....well, I should of stayed in bed for the extra hour because I ended up having to call anyways because it couldn't find my reservation number. Luckily I got everything I wanted (except one) at the times that I wanted too. The one I didn't get I called back on Monday and was able to get that one also at the time I wanted. It is very frustrating I know, and should be fixed.

Yep. Same problem for me. Woke up Sunday to book online at 6am and couldn't do it. Had to call in.

I luckily got what I wanted. But the system isn't working well right now.

I was able to book on line on Monday moring and got an e mail confirmation for each. Attempted to change one of the reservation yesterday and could not access them.

I booke an ADR this morning on it, but now I cannot get on to cancel an unwanted one or check on my ressies at all
