Is anybody else having this problem? I cannot book dining online and the dining reservation agent had no clue why and sent me to the help desk to *walk me thru using their website*
i know how to use a web site.
the help desk girl said it hasnt been working for a few weeks and they don't know why. And I cant do it on the phone right now I'm at work and hold time is 10+ minutes
frustrated !
