We're experiencing a rather strange issue. We have multiple membership numbers, and can see them all under My Dashboard. However, when we go to book a reservation, we can select them all except one, which doesn't even show up.

Has anyone experienced such an issue? If so, what was the resolution?
 
That happened to me when there was an issue with my dues. I thought I had set up autopay for my new contract and did not. Once I fixed it, it worked.

The other time it happened was when I was selling a contract in my membership and it wouldn’t come up for a few days after it transferred out.

This also happened after paying our dues. Member Services said we needed to contact Member Accounting. Member Accounting said our account was current in payments and had no outstanding balance and put a note into our membership. Member Services said they could see the note but Accounting needed to unlock the account. Then Accounting spoke with Member Services and then came back and said they needed to contact IT. They called back and said IT couldn't figure out why our account is not accessible, and they needed to contact a different IT department. Still no resolution.
 
Just an update - since paying our dues a month ago, this is still an ongoing problem. Have been calling Member accounting every few days and they check with IT and tell us that there is still no resolution and that they are actively working on it. Sooo frustrating!

To clarify, ever since paying our annual dues, we can see all our memberships under My Dashboard, but are unable to select this one membership when booking a new reservation. And if we try to modify or cancel any reservation made with this membership, we only get the green dinosaur.

Any other suggestions?
 

If you need to modify a reservation with those points, I would try calling member services and asking for a supervisor, and explain the situation to them. Or send emails up the chain of command.

I don't have much faith in whoever is running accounting. I set my new contract up for ACH withdraw and after 2 months no payments had been withdrawn from my bank account so I called accounting not wanting to run into problems with my account. Accounting said my account was paid up to date and no payment was due. They finally took a payment for that account in March but I think I still owe them $150, how do you pay people that don't want your money? :rotfl2:

Did-you by chance pay things with gift cards to take down your balance? If you do that, they apply it toward the monthly contract payment and then don’t take it.

I paid some of my balance that way, and one contract payment wont get taken again until April.

I've only ever used ACH withdraw.
