The site works just anything that requires you to login is down...no need to login to do the help chatIf you can't get on the site how did you get to chat?
If so, they should not have shown on their website all week on my account that today I could book my stay I planned to start on December 1, 2021
Not generally, if that were the case they wouldn't let you book off hours.Is it possible it's "down" because Member Services is closed? As in, they don't want anything happening today?

Actually, the recorded message at MS this week specifically noted that the call in center would close early on Dec. 31 and remain closed until Jan. 2 BUT online booking would be available.Is it possible it's "down" because Member Services is closed? As in, they don't want anything happening today?
