WebCertificates are BACK @ Mypoints

I just tried to cash out for web certificate but I can't find them listed. Do you still look under all merchants and then see Web Certificates listed? I hope they aren't gone again.

I cashed out for the webcertificate thinking I would get the email right away. I had wanted to use it towards our trip - leaving Oct 13! I was very disappointed when I got the prompt telling me it would be 4-6 weeks! Oh well, c'est la vie!

If you go to redeem and then select all merchants from the list Webcertificates is all the way down at the bottom.

Don't give up hope...even though they say 4 to 6 weeks...it has been my experience that they deliver earlier than that.

I just cashed out for $100 worth of WebCertificates on 9/20/05. I have not received them yet. Last time I cashed out for WebCerts (before the site change), they were e-mailed to me.

When I cashed out of the Webcertificates about 1 1/2 weeks ago it said I would get it within 2 weeks. Monday will be 2 weeks so hopefully they come that day. I cashed out for 4 $10 certificates. Will I get 4 emails or do they combine it into 1 email?

Did anyone receive their web certificates yet? I cashed out on 9/20 but have not received anything yet. I did email mypoints and they did say they will be e-mailed.

I am still waiting too. I cashed out 9/20 for $40. I leave Oct 28 for Disney. I don't know if I will have time to turn them into Disney Dollars because we don't have a Disney Store anymore. I was going to have someone redeem my Webbie and send me some DD.

I posted this on a thread on the Budget Board as well, because I've been waiting for my webbies too:

I actually just got an email back from MyPoints because I cashed out on the 21st, and had not rec'd the email from WebCertificate.

They told me it's now 12-15 business days, and if I've not received the email from WebCert by 15 business days, to contact them again.

And I actually got a 'real' response, not a canned one the first time out.

Thanks for the post. I will be contacting Mypoints on Monday because I cashed out over 15 days ago and I haven't heard anything yet either. I suppose there will be a lot of e-mailing. Acutally, I think I might get somewhere if I just called. Thanks

I've not heard anything from Webcertificates either. I cashed out on 9/15 so it has been more than 15 business days. I am going to send an e-mail to MyPoints today to see what is going on.
